MANDATORY MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER FEE INFORMATION

Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club has a mandatory registration membership transfer fee. This fee is a non-refundable $300.00 for the entirety of your stay (one month or more). This fee is so you can utilize all of the amenities that Heritage Oaks has to offer!

There is a registration form that will need to be filled out 30 days prior to your arrival. Once you have booked your stay with us, an email will be sent to you with the membership transfer form, which you will be able to electronically sign. Once the form has been signed and sent to us, you will receive an email confirmation that it has been submitted to Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club. 

Once submitted, you will then need to make an appointment to meet with Kelly, head of the membership department, at the clubhouse 14 days prior to your arrival. This allows for her to set aside time for a one-on-one meeting, providing you with the package covering all amenities, general information, and rules of the Country Club.   At that time you will need to pay the $300.00 membership fee and Kelly will assign you a member number.  From there, it is TEE TIME!
